ATB Security Door Supervision Staff all hold a licence to practise issued by the Security Industry Authority (SIA). This recognised door supervision qualification is designed for those who wish to work in the security industry. Endorsed by the SIA, the qualification covers
- Working in the Private Security Industry
- Working as a Door Supervisor
- Conflict Management for the Private Security Industry
- Physical Intervention Skills for the Private Security Industry
As a result the Door Supervisors provided by ATB Security will be experienced and have good communication skills and will be professional at all times. Our door supervisors are trained to meet both our own high standards and also the requirements of the Security Industry Authority.
In many cases ATB will deliver the Door Supervisors to your business on time – every time.
ATB have extensive experience placing Door Supervisors in pubs, nightclubs and late night establishments, high profile marquee events and more recently restaurants.
ATB Door Supervisors are trained to be courteous and friendly and are the opposite of “bouncers” of old. They are friendly and relaxed, approachable by your clients, they are diplomatic, diffusing situations rather than inflaming them.
Recently, the Duke of Clarence public house in Luton was required to have door staff on the premises in order to open whilst an EDL meeting was held at the nearby Town Hall. Many security companies refused to take on this challenging job; ATB Security, however, were more than happy to help the Duke of Clarence public house, and fulfilled their role to the absolute satisfaction of the client.
We actively encourage our staff to participate in additional training and refresher courses. All our staff are currently upgrading their SIA licences to include physical intervention and awareness. This qualification is compulsory for all door staff.
